I finally have a name for these, I think I'm gonna call them "Elementals" and they are propably also gonna play a part in the webcomic.
They are a cross-breed of humans and dragons, and their culture and external appearance are oriented by the Elements of our world, such as Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, etc... Magic is also oriented by these, so the Elementals are propably going to be very magic-oriented creatures.
